Schedule A – Hosting, CDN, DNS and Planetary services
Planetary Cloud Web Hosting, Planetary CDN, Planetary Email, DNS, malware protection, backups and related services may be hosted, operated, supported or integrated using third-party cloud, hosting, DNS, CDN, security and backup providers. These services are subject to plan limits, resource limits, fair-use limits, abuse controls, technical dependencies and upstream provider terms.
You are responsible for website content, code, scripts, themes, plugins, databases, credentials, DNS records, email sending, lawful consent, security patching, backups and compliance. We may cache, route, proxy, scan, filter, firewall, compress, optimise, purge, rate-limit, reroute or block traffic as reasonably necessary to provide, secure or protect services.
Email filtering, CDN caching, malware scanning, backup, restoration, WAF and security tools may produce false positives, false negatives, delays, blocks, outages, slowdowns, deleted files, quarantined content, incomplete backups, broken functionality or missed threats. These tools reduce risk but do not eliminate it.
Schedule B – Email and workspace services
Space Email, Rocket Email, Rocket Workspace, Planetary Email, Orbit Email, OX App Suite and other email/workspace services are subject to mailbox size, sending, storage, attachment, rate, fair-use, domain authentication, spam, abuse and plan limits. Free email tiers included with hosting or domain registration may be modified or withdrawn and may have reduced support, storage, sending, backup or recovery rights.
You must not use email services for spam, phishing, list bombing, unauthorised marketing, open relay, malware, impersonation, harassment, unlawful content, prohibited high-risk use or unlawful processing. We may suspend sending, quarantine mail, remove forwarding, require SPF/DKIM/DMARC, block SMTP, limit users, disable compromised accounts and require password resets or 2FA.
You should export and back up mail, contacts and calendars regularly. We do not guarantee recovery of deleted messages, corrupted mailboxes, compromised accounts, filtered messages, misdelivered messages or data lost after suspension, nonpayment, cancellation, migration or upstream failure.
Schedule C – Google Workspace
Where Rocket Domains supplies Google Workspace licensing, setup, billing, support, migration or configuration, Google provides and operates the Google Workspace service. Your use is subject to Google’s applicable Google Workspace/Google Cloud terms, acceptable-use policies, service-specific terms and data-processing terms, as updated by Google.
Rocket Domains is not responsible for Google’s infrastructure, security, availability, product changes, data deletion, suspension, discontinuance, licence decisions, service levels or feature changes. Rocket may assist with setup, billing and support, but you are responsible for your Google Workspace users, administrators, domain verification, data, exports, retention policies, legal holds, backups and compliance.
Google Workspace must not be used for high-risk activities, emergency service calls, regulated health information requiring a BAA, unlawful content, deceptive practices, export-controlled data or other uses prohibited by Google or these Terms unless all required written agreements and approvals are in place.
Schedule D – OX App Suite and third-party collaboration apps
OX App Suite and similar third-party collaboration apps are subject to the applicable provider’s terms, acceptable-use policies, service descriptions, data-processing terms, licence metrics and end-user restrictions. You are responsible for all provisioned users, aliases, distribution lists, administrative roles, content and end-user conduct.
Third-party providers may change features, storage, interfaces, APIs, pricing, locations, subprocessors, service levels and support. Rocket Domains may pass through such changes and may suspend or terminate access if required by the provider, law, abuse controls or nonpayment.
Schedule E – COMS no-code websites and design tools
COMS and other no-code, design, website-builder, AI-assisted, template, content, image, form, ecommerce or app tools are provided to help you create and manage a digital presence. Templates, generated outputs, layouts, forms, copy, images, SEO suggestions and code snippets are starting points only and must be reviewed by you.
You are responsible for legal compliance of your website, app, booking portal, landing page, ecommerce flow and digital presence, including business information, accessibility, cookie consent, privacy notices, ecommerce disclosures, consumer rights, cancellation/refund terms, marketing claims, regulated content, intellectual property, images, fonts, product descriptions, pricing, delivery, payments, taxes, age restrictions, export controls, sanctions, health/financial/legal claims, testimonials, reviews, promotions, competitions, security, user-generated content and moderation.
We do not guarantee that generated, template or AI-assisted content is accurate, non-infringing, accessible, SEO-optimised, legally compliant, unique, secure, bug-free, compatible or fit for your purposes.
Schedule F – Calendable and bookings
Calendable and other booking, scheduling, appointment, calendar, payment, reminder, portal and app services help customers organise appointments and communications. They are not emergency, medical, clinical, legal, financial or safety-critical systems unless expressly agreed in a signed specialist addendum.
You are responsible for service descriptions, staff availability, cancellations, no-shows, refunds, reminders, taxes, customer notices, consent to communications, calendar accuracy, payment processor terms, professional regulations, insurance, consumer rights and end-user privacy.
SMS, email, calendar and push reminders may be delayed, blocked, filtered, missed or incorrect. You must maintain alternative methods for important appointments and must not rely on Calendable as the sole channel for urgent or legally required communications.
Schedule G – Backups, restore tools and third-party backup services
Backup and restore services are designed to reduce data-loss risk, not eliminate it. They may be subject to storage quotas, retention periods, excluded file types, database limits, connection failures, credential failures, encryption key issues, overwritten states, malware contamination, third-party API limits, failed restores and termination deletion.
You must maintain your own independent backups in a separate location. We and our providers may restrict backups if quotas are exceeded, may purge backup data after termination, and may be unable to provide a copy after cancellation, nonpayment, failed backup, lost credentials or expiration of retention.
Restoring a backup may overwrite current data, remove changes, break compatibility, reintroduce malware, change permissions, affect email or DNS, or disrupt a live website. You authorise restore actions you request and are responsible for testing afterwards.
Schedule H – Security, malware protection and third-party security services
Security, scanning, monitoring, malware removal, WAF, vulnerability, seal, CDN and related services may involve probing, crawling, scanning, modifying, cleaning, quarantining, caching, rerouting or blocking traffic or files. You must have authority over each domain, IP, website, server, device and system you submit for scanning or protection.
Security services may be intrusive and may cause slowdowns, false positives, false negatives, log growth, blocks, broken functionality, deleted malicious or suspected malicious code, missed vulnerabilities or incomplete remediation. You consent to reasonable scans, cleaning and routing actions and must maintain backups and test sites after remediation.
Security badges, seals or reports are not guarantees that a site is safe, compliant, malware-free, vulnerability-free, secure against all threats or suitable for regulated use. We may remove seals or disable security features if the website fails provider criteria, violates policy or the service expires.
Schedule I – SEO, analytics and growth tools
SEO, analytics, domain intelligence, website reports, ranking suggestions, AI growth tools and marketing insights are informational tools only. Search engines, AI assistants, browsers, social platforms, directories and ad networks are third parties outside Rocket Domains’ control.
We do not guarantee ranking, indexing, traffic, leads, revenue, conversion, ad approval, search appearance, schema eligibility, avoidance of penalties, brand prominence or compliance with search engine guidelines. You are responsible for reviewing and implementing recommendations lawfully and accurately.
